Introduction

Welcome to Part 2 of 5 of the AuDHD Unlocked Community Survey.

Thank you so much for being here. This survey is part of the research for my upcoming book, AuDHD Unlocked, which explores what it means to live at the intersection of autism and ADHD. While I’m bringing my own lens as an AuDHD psychologist, this book isn’t just mine — it’s rooted in our collective wisdom. Your responses will help shape the language, stories, and textures of this book.

Some questions are multiple choice, others are open text (feel free to skip any).

A couple of things to remember before you begin:

• You do not need a formal diagnosis to participate — self-identified AuDHDers are welcome.
• Your can stop at any time if unexpected uncomfortable or distressing feelings come up for you as you reflect on these questions.
• Your ideas, and possibly direct quotes, may be included in my upcoming book AuDHD Unlocked (to be published by Balance, an imprint of Hachette).
• Your responses may also be included in community reports when I share insights back with the community.
• By submitting your responses, you are giving consent for your contributions to be used in the ways described above.
